24X7 MONITORING & CONTROLLING SYSTEM

Our Back-office staff Monitor and Control the field operations with the help of our field Operation team. Our Manager & Field Officers are available 24 X 7 having individual vehicle and cellular phone with GPRS tracker to establish a direct communication with clients for quick response and immediate solution.

They also give surprise visit to ensure that the staff at sites remain alert while on duty and performing their duties properly. Daily Attendance and reporting are also updated through “Mobile App” installed in each of the Field Officer’s mobile handset. Field officers & Operation Manager meet clients or authorized person, time to time for their suggestions to improve the quality of services.
